Dear Directors:

I am sending this letter via Mr. Lieberman, who coached me in
preventing World War III, with some hope.

I am hoping that it is as obvious to you as to me that the settlement
agreement does not work for us and should be revised.

There is no reason why any problem between us cannot be resolved
quickly and happily.

My proposal is:

1. Dismiss the two appeals in Armstrong .

2. Remove the restrictions of the settlement agreement.

3- Pay me $ 150,000 plus attorney's fees for these very distressing
violations of the settlement agreement:

a. The Cory don FRC. .

b. The Long and Chaleff affidavits in Miller .

c. . The video tape from the Armstrong operation.

d. The post-settlement threats.

I think it also has become obvious that a truly global settlement is in
everyone's interests. I do not believe it is difficult to achieve, does not
require a change of personnel, but does require a change of mind.
'Fortunately that's happening all over the world so would be eminently
- excusable.
